If someone had told me in my "imature 20s" or "no baby-sitter 30s" or how about "no way in hell 40s" that I would have "no aching teeth in my 50s" I would not have believed them. When I sat in the hygienist chair 3 years ago and mumbled "I hate dentists and cleanings" as my way of excusing my messy mouth, Tracey Cote looked me in the eye and said "Look, let's start now. Don't worry about the past. Let's get your mouth healthy starting now." My goodness, my teeth have never been healthier. If you have a great hygienist you'll probably never need another root canal again. (Too bad Tracey wasn't around earlier in my life.) Thanks Tracey!
